To report to the sharing economy reporting system, you must have an Extended Validation Certificate. The certificate must be issued by one of the providers listed in the table in appendix 6 - OECD certificate issuers. The certificate can be an existing one or one obtained for this purpose.

By using an EVSSL certificate, the Tax Agency avoids having to introduce its own ‘business approval process’ for non-Danish businesses. Instead, it is handled by internationally approved certificate providers. This is done as part of the issuance process, which is comparable to that used for Danish businesses.
