Currently we have issue with some Manifest departure declarations, that gets stuck in status 00 - as a temporary workaround, a job has been established that daily, at 07:00 and 16:00 respectively, pushes the departure declarations that are stuck in status 00 to status 09.

We are working to solve this issue.
